Almaden Valley Almaden Valley maintains its status of popularity within San Jose. Compared to other parts of San Jose, many of the homes and townhomes are newer, with excellent schools. The number of homes available for sale as of 1/26/07 is 48. There are 31 homes that have currently sold but not closed yet. The prices of single family homes currently listed in Almaden range from $3,795,000 to $499,950. There are 12 townhomes available for sale and 3 that have sold, but have not closed yet. The prices of the townhomes currently for sale range from $1,150,000 to $620,000.

Homes that are priced well sell fast, however, many homes have been sitting on the market 90, 100, even 120 days with no offers.
